Job description:
- Assist daily settlement operations work
- Perform settlement functions including trade matching, customers fund deposit and withdrawal, SI, corporate actions, and other CCASS operations
- Prepare settlement reports and statements as well as other administrative duties
- Data input
- Documents filing
- Assist in ad-hoc assignments by supervisor
Requirement:
- Form 6 graduate or above
- Minimum 1 year working experience. Experience in securities industry is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of Simplified Chinese Input
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willing to work overtime and on public holidays (will have compensation leave)
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
