Xingtai China is a leading long-only China fund. Xingtai Capital Management seeks to hire a Business Development Associate to contribute to the growth of the Firm.The candidate will report directly to the CEO. This is a great opportunity to be close to the strategy, development and growth of a Firm that is scaling rapidly.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with creating marketing materials including pitchbooks, teasers, factsheets, newsletters, website.
• Assist with the investor monthly and quarterly reporting and distribution.
• Manage, update and track investor data on CRM system.
• Coordinate all investor relations activities, including supporting the CEO to prospect new investors and arranging investor meetings and follow-ups.  
• Conduct research into the Chinese consumer sector, peer funds and overall market trends.
• Work closely with Investment and Operations Teams on investment and operational due-diligence processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent in finance, accounting, business majors preferred) with minimum 2 years of experience in finance or a recent MBA graduate with no finance experience
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Self-starter and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory, fluency in Mandarin is preferred but not required
