Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting operations, including data entry and voucher preparation
• Handle Accounts Payable functions and prepare cheque & T/T payments
• Handle bank reconciliation and reconcile inter-company balance on month end closing
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements, accounting schedules and annual audit
• Handle other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines
• At least 3 years experiences in accounting
• Proficiency in MS office applications, especially in Excel, and knowledge of Peachtree or similar accounting package
• Polite, independent, detail-oriented and well organized, good team player & can work under pressure
• Immediate available is highly preferred
