Responsibilities: 

• Prepare monthly FRR return,daily FRR return and handle client money segregation;
• Prepare financial statement, budgeting forecast, reconciliation statements;
• Handle daily accounting and online banking functions；follow up payable to counterparties and related matters;
• Prepare financial reports to management;
• Prepare payroll reports, reconciliations and other accounting schedules;
• Co-ordinate with settlement department and counterparties;
• Liaise with auditor and assist in handling audit progress;
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years relevant experience in Securities firms
• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Sound knowledge in SFC / HKEX rules and regulations
• Solid experience in securities, futures accounting, FRR and margin financing
• Able to work under pressure and solve problems independently
• Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
• Familiar with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
