Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To perform book keeping in accounting software system;
- To issue invoice and manage accounts receivables;
- To handle general banking transactions;
- To assist to prepare management accounting reports;
- To handle full set of accounts for smaller group entities;
- To reconcile inter-company balances;
- To handle ad hoc administrative assignments.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
- Form 5 or above with LCCI third level / Diploma in Accounting;
- Proactive, detail-minded, team spirit, responsible and hardworking;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel and Word);
Remuneration:
- 5-days work (9:00am - 6:00pm)
- Year End Performance Bonus
- HKICPA authorized employer
