Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide general administration support for Hong Kong branch (10 staff) include general office routine work, HR support, travel arrangement, overseas procurement and logistic arrangement to Dongguan headquarter;
  • Provide general accounting support in Hong Kong;
  • Assist ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

  • Non-Degree Tertiary or above with minimum 2 years’ experience
  • Experience from furniture trading industry is preferred
  • Good command of spoken/written English and Mandarin
  • Familiar with words, excels, outlook, Chinese input is necessary
  • Immediate available is preferable
  • Independent, mature, responsible and self-motivated
  • Occasional travel to Dongguan Factory is REQUIRED
