Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide general administration support for Hong Kong branch (10 staff) include general office routine work, HR support, travel arrangement, overseas procurement and logistic arrangement to Dongguan headquarter;
- Provide general accounting support in Hong Kong;
- Assist ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Non-Degree Tertiary or above with minimum 2 years’ experience
- Experience from furniture trading industry is preferred
- Good command of spoken/written English and Mandarin
- Familiar with words, excels, outlook, Chinese input is necessary
- Immediate available is preferable
- Independent, mature, responsible and self-motivated
- Occasional travel to Dongguan Factory is REQUIRED
