Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for consolidation and preparation of interim and annual financial statements;
- Coordinate with the subsidiaries and preforming review on the reporting pakages for consolidation;
- Liaise with auditors for interim and annual audits;
- Prepare monthly financial reports and schedules;
- Review the management accounts and variance analysis;
- Assist in overseeing the internal control;
- Prepare ad-hoc assignments upon managementn requests
Requirements
- Degree holder in Accounting or related disciplines;
- At least 5 years' experience in related field; preferable with CPA experience;
- Member of HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent;
- Good command of both spoken & written English & Chinese
- Self-initiative detail-minded, able to work under pressure & tight deadline;
- Occasional travel is required;
- Immediate available is preferred
