Job Description:
- Handle daily accounting operations and co-ordinate with internal parties
- Perform receivable or payable transactions and daily checking
- Prepare invoice or cheque and update the monthly report in a timely basis
- Responsible for month-end and year-end closing
- Assist in annual auditing
- With solid Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience
- Perform ad hoc. assignment as required
Job Requirement:
- Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related disciplines
- At least 2-3 years relevant experience in accounting with IT industry background will be an advantage
- Hands-on experience on Account Receivable or Account Payable
- Hands-on experience on Accounting software applications such as NC(Yonyou), SAP and Oracle will be an advantage
- Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel application
- Responsible, initiative, mature, independent, well-organized and detail-oriented
- Good interpersonal and communications skills
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime occasionally
- Chinese Enterprise experience is an advantage
- Immediately available is preferred
