Key Responsibilities

• Leading a small accounting team in HK office;
• Responsible for daily accounting operations including but not limited to accounting transactions processing, credit control, inter-company transaction reconciliations, cash flow and budgeting etc.;
• Responsible for month-end closing and prepare financial reports and analysis;
• Liaise with other departments, mainland related companies , bankers, and external auditors and regulators for annual auditing, tax filing and other compliance requirements;
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements

• Diploma or above in accounting or related disciplines;
• At least 8 years' working experience in trading/commercial company, experience gained from audit firms will be an advantage;
• Knowledge in ERP is an advantage;
• Well versed in MS Excel;
• Ability to meet tight deadlines;
• Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, independent, and with strong sense of responsibility;
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
