Job Duties

• To provide secretarial support (such as scheduling, general correspondence)
• To handle telephone calls and take messages
• To assist in general administrative support to the finance team (such as filing; stationery and office supply)
• To handle office administration functions and expense claims
• To handle books and records of small-sized companies
• To assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements 

• Form 7/Diploma or above
• Minimum of 3 years’ secretarial or administrative experiences
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing, knowledge in finance and accounting is advantageous
• Good command in English and Chinese
• Matured, self-motivated, responsible, organized, independent with strong problem solving
• Good interpersonal and communication skills and able to work under pressure
