Responsibilities:

• Handle and review full set of financial accounts and reports independently with minimum supervision
• Perform on a monthly and quarterly basis, all required financial reporting / analysis, including budgeting, forecasting etc.
• Manage annual audit / tax filing & company secretarial matters
• Need to meet reporting deadline
• Occasional outdoor work is required
• Other ad hoc assignments as required by management.
• Liaise with the finance team of our PRC group companies relating to the above accounting activities
  
  

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma holder in Accountancy or Professional stage of the ACCA/HKSA
• In-depth accounting knowledge in financial reporting
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
• Ability to deal with all levels of employees effectively with a pleasant attitude
• Responsible, self- motivated and well organized
• Effective communication skills in English and Putonghua are essential
• Knowledge of MYOB Accounting system will be of definite advantage
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially in Excel, is a MUST
• Available immediately will be of definite advantage
