Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform routine accounting processes and bookkeeping works.
- Handle full set of accounts, including payment, bank reconciliation, voucher, accounts receivable and payable, accounting schedule preparation, etc.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports;
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in Accounting.
- Diploma or above in Accounting/Finance or related disciplines.
- Experience in FlexSystem is an advantage.
- Proficient in Excel, Word and Chinese word processing.
- Strong sense of responsibility, independent, self-motivated, and willing to learn.
- Good team player, and good communication skills.
- Immediate available is highly preferred.
