Responsibilities:

• Manage payroll process of the employee
• Assist in accounting clerical duties
• Ensure accounting transactions are recorded timely and accurately
• Provide general supporting administrative works for the company
• To perform daily accounting tasks of accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, revenue and inter-company transactions
• Assist in business activities and handle confidential information and contract document management
• Ad-hoc job as assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines
• At least 3 years relevant work experience
• Familiar with employment related ordinances in Hong Kong
• Good commend of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Excellent problem solving, detail minded, strong sense of responsibilities, and self-motivated
• Able to work independently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese word processing
