Job Description and Responsibilities:

• Full set of accounts;
• Responsible in month-end closing and production of monthly reports including monthly financial      statements, bank reconciliation, variance analysis, cash flow statements and tax computation;
• Preparation of financial forecasts and budget projections;
• Perform daily accounting duties including data entry, receipt and payment processing;
• Perform regular stock take;
• Assist in maintaining and enhancing efficient financial procedures;
• Liaise with banks, internal and external auditors;
• Prepare statutory financial statements;
• Handle supplier invoices
• Implement internal control systems
• Provide general clerical support on routine accounting matters;
• Risk management experience
• Assist in ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualification:

• Qualified member of HKICPA/ACCA or relevant professional accountancy bodies
• Minimum 10 years accounting experience in a sizable company with manufacturing and trading background, preferably with audit experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible, able to work independently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at different level
• High proficient in MS Office application (Excel and Word) and MYOB accounting systems
• Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese & Mandarin

 學歷:

• 香港會計師公會/ ACCA或相關專業會計團體的合格會員
• 至少有10年具有製造和貿易背景的會計經驗，具有審計經驗優先考慮
• 具分析能力
• 獨立，積極主動，負責任，能夠獨立工作
• 有良好的溝通技巧
• 精通MS Office應用程式（Excel和Word）和MYOB會計系統
• 能操英語，中文和普通話
