Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible and perform daily accounting duties, including data entry, issuing cheques; AP & AR follow up; prepare voucher & cheques bank-in; petty cash operation, process reimbursement for staff, filing etc.
- Responsible and perform daily office administrative works
- To maintain accurate records in Administration system
- To update and maintain company assets control
- Outdoor work is required
- Perform ad-hoc task as assigned
Qualifications:
- Form 5 or Diploma / Certification in Accounting or above and possess LCCI Intermediate
- At least 3 years work experience in accounting & office administrative
- Independent, detail-minded and well-organized, self-motivated and good interpersonal skill
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Chinese word processing
- Good command in English and Chinese
- Familiar with accounting software “Dynamics” is an advantage
- Immediate Available is highly preferred
