Credit Collection Department

• To be responsible for generating report and handling payment issue of the customer ledger; analyzing transactional figures for improvement; other ad-hoc projects as required
• Form 6 or above with minimum 2 years relevant working experience in telecommunication industry is preferred
• Proficient in PC applications including MS office
• Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Strong communication and presentation skills, good telephone manner and able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Independent, well-organized, customer oriented with analytical mind
