Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Contribution in inventory management activities, including monitor the receiving, distribution and inventory transfers, preparation of relevant documentation, etc
- Key co-ordinator to liaise inventory transfer between APAC countries, follow up with HQ/countries/logistic team on discrepancies and supporting documentation if necessary.
- Maintain a timely and accurate inventory record in the system, key player on handling stock write in/off process record update.
- Prepare and review inventory management reporting, such as weekly reconciliation reports and relevant price event reports.
- Be responsible for any ad hoc project.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years' relevant experience in retail industry
- Good time management skills and problem solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Good communications skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong numerical sense with logical thinking
