Job Duties:

• Perform daily accounting operations including data entry, bookkeeping and filing
• Prepare invoices, vouchers, expense reimbursement, and arrange payment
• Prepare full set of management and financial reports independently
• Prepare post exhibition/event P/L analysis
• Perform any other accounting & company secretary related duties as assigned
• Prepare audit schedules and assist in annual audit
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as requested

Job requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy or above
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in Hong Kong profits tax and salaries tax and/or accounting services for companies/individuals, etc. is an advantage
• Good command of MS Excel, Word including English & Chinese typing & computerized accounting software e.g. Sage 50 (Peachtree)
• Able to communicate in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Must be proactive, initiative and possess strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Good working attitude, hardworking, responsible, self-motivated and good communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
