Responsibilities:

• Closely liaison between sales teams to ensure all relevant sales are managed and recognized properly
• Ensure timely processing of expenses claims and ensure payments are properly made according to company policies and avoid aged creditors
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation, schedule and reports on a timely basis
• Process accruals and journal vouchers in a sensible way
• Manage SAP system administration by ensuring and controlling the proper process/execution in place
• Responsible for supporting the financial year-end audit and other local and group financial reporting compliance in due
• Responsible for the high integrity of accurate data, month closing, reports for the Company and the Group
• Support accounting for distributor markets in Asia
• Voice out irregularities once they are identified and propose recommendations
• Support the implementation of Company compliance policies over the region
• Ad hoc assignments

 Requirements:

• Degree holder of Accounting & Finance with recognized accounting qualification
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience, preferable in luxury retail or FMCG industry
• Hand-on experience in SAP is absolutely an advantage
• Strong analytical mind set, problem solving skills with financial judgement
• Mature, self-motivated, pro-active with passion to provide target deliverables under tight schedule & pressure
• Excellent both spoken & written English & Chinese with good interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
