Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Daily accounting entries
- Handle issue cheque, bank reconciliation, A/R, A/P, sales contracts etc.;
- Assist in preparing financial report and schedules,
- Simple admin work duty
- Perform clerical support on accounting matters
- Prepare full set accounting document for audit firm auditing
- Communication with customer and supplier
Education, Qualifications & Experience:
- F.5 or above, with LCCI level II or above;
- At least 2 years experience in accounting field is preferred;
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Independent, self motivated, and willing to work under pressure
- Immediately available is preferred
