Job Responsibilities:

• Manage equity portfolios in a tax-sensitive manner.
• Ensure that portfolios are maintained within firm guidelines and applicable government or industry regulations.
• Stay abreast of new developments concerning regulatory issues that may affect the portfolios under management.
• Assist internal and external auditors with half-yearly reviews and year-end audits.
• Assist material sourcing and price negotiation with suppliers.Work closely with internal departments and liaise with external parties.
• Carry out and complete ad hoc projects and tasks assigned by Management.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or other related fields.
• Knowledge of tax implications of investment decisions.
• At least one year experience in equity planning.
• Able to work in a fast pace; time and data sensitive environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to effectively communicate across departments and at all levels.
• Good command of Chinese and English, especially Mandarin is a must.
• Strong organizational and problem solving skills.
• Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
