Job Description
Job duties:
- Handle full set of accounts
- Handle month-end financial reporting, including preparation of monthly financial statements with analysis reports for group companies
- Prepare consolidated financial statement and schedule for group companies
- Prepare inter-company reconciliation statements monthly
- Prepare AR & AP aging report
- Participate in any ad-hoc duties and projects
Requirements:
- University degree/diploma in a related discipline, or relevant professional qualifications such as membership of HKICPA/ ACCA
- 2 years in relevant duties and/or position, esp. in logistics industry with MNC structure
- Good command of spoken & written English and Chinese (incl. Mandarin)
- Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Word and Excel, hands on experience in using sound accounting software such as SAP is a prerequisite
- Attention to detail, well-organized, team player, responsible and independent
- Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadline
- Immediately Available/short notice period is highly preferred
- Candidate with higher qualifications and experience may be considered as “Accountant”
