Job Responsibilities Including But Not Limited To:

• Handle month-end closing journal entries
• Handle weekly receipts from customer and prepare DN/CN upon request
• Assist month-end closing activities including preparation of financial and management reports, budgeting and forecast and variance analysis
• Handle inter-company recharges and reconciliations
• Assist in strengthening internal control procedures & streamlining of accounting related processes, etc.
• Follow up with fabric liability issue
• Lead and review the task of subordinates
• Review system and workflow to streamline the current process
• Perform any ad-hoc projects/assignments as requested

Skills & Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years accounting experience in a sizable company with manufacturing and trading background, experience from MNC company is preferred
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Self-motivated, independent, responsible, able to handle multi-tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with people at different level
• Able to work in a fast pace working environment
• Proficient in MS Office (words/excel) and experience in using EPICOR accounting system is an advantage
• Good command of both written and spoken English
