Job Responsibilities

• Prepare management account, annual budget, inter-co transaction, cash flow statement and reconciliation independently with good reporting packages
• Process expense claims and manage petty cash, handling tax affairs
• Assist in the process of interim and annual reports, liaise with auditors
• Hands-on experience in handling financial reporting
• Assist in provide administrative support to the Administration Manager
• Some outdoor work is required

 Requirements

• Holder of Degree or Associate Degree in Accounting with LCCI higher level or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting field, preferably with PRC companies and Listed companies
• Have solid experience in handling full set of books and banking activities, audit experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Chinese Word Processing, knowledge of accounting software (Dynamic)
• Fluent Mandarin speaking is must and good command of spoken and written Chinese and English
• A positive team player, result-oriented, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills with both Hong Kong and PRC teammates
• Well-organized, responsible, independent
• Immediate availability is preferred or short notice will be considered
