Job Duties:-

• Able to handle full sets of Accounts independently, especially in AR related work.

• To work closely with accounting team in management reports and audit schedules.

• Assist in budgeting and forecasting for financial plans.

• Prepare documents for external & internal communications and reports.

• To get familiarized with systems, workflows and standards so to provide comprehensive support to the Accounting Manager.

• To provide quality services to customers.

• To organize and take part in routine accounting meetings.

• Ad hoc duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:-

• Diploma Holders or above in Finance or Accounting

• Minimum 3 years’ working experience in Accounting field

• Experience in SUN system is definite an advantage

• Proficient in MS Office applications especially Excel and Outlook,

• English and Chinese Word Processing

• Responsible, good communication skills and team spirit

• Hard-working, independent and able to work under pressure.

• Immediate available preferred

Working Hours: 

• Mon to Fri: 08:30 – 18:00
