Job Description

JOB DUTIES

Accounting:

  • Daily accounting tasks
  • Register supplier invoices: operating costs of the office.
  • Issue customer invoices and register in HK accountability.
  • Recover accounts receivables: optimize HK customer’s payment time.
  • Prepare payments for validation.
  • Follow up of the inventory for orders if needed in collaboration with logistic department.
  • Set up quarterly and annual accounting cut-off with CPA monitoring.
  • Set up monthly cash-flow budget

Financial control:

  • Operation accounting
    • Prepare budget with finance department in France and with Managing Directors
    • Prepare forecasts (depending on already paid costs – adjust if needed,and Turnover and Margin forecasts)
    • Costs Follow up: Keep an eye open if some costs seem too expensive/ suggest solutions to lower the costs
  • Claim/Charge back follow up:
    • Prepare claim recap chart every quarter/Send information to finance department in France
    • Prevent logistic and sales as soon as a customer sends a chargeback.
  • Sales analysis
    • Prepare sales analysis + check them with HK managers
  • Follow up of sales objectives
    • Follow up and update the commercial pipe
    • Preparation of monthly HK Commercial KPI’s and KPI Sales.

Administrative/Software Management :

  • Be the intermediary with our company French head office and communicate important information to finance department.
  • Be there as a technical support if local employees have questions regarding our data base functioning. In case of major problems, check with external assistance

REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
  • University degree graduated with good PC skills/English/Mandarin
  • Mature, self-motivated and strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience within a Western working environment is a plus
  • Able to handle multiple projects in parallel and able to work under pressure and tight schedule
  • Detail minded, flexible, responsible and enthusiastic
  • A good team player with effective communication

Position based in Hong Kong (San Po Kong).
