Responsibilities:

• Receive and process service orders or instructions from the Customer
• Liaise with Operations Team to execute the service order
• Co-operate with internal parties and team members to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
• Provide accounting support to the joint venture company including invoicing to the customer
• Responsible for all administrative and clerical duties for the joint venture company including data entry and documentation preparation
• Assist in other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above with a pass in English Language in HKCEE / HKDSE
• Willing to learn and hard working
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office application such as MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing
• Candidates with no working experience will also be considered
• Immediate available is highly preferred
