Light house is a newly established team in Hong Kong with the vision to develop and deliver data driven solutions that transform our customers’ business. By leveraging our deep industry knowledge and global platforms of analytics and artificial intelligence, our team focus on providing turn-key solutions to our clients and accelerate their process of modern technologies application. The role of Senior Consultant has three specific areas of focus:

1. Client Service

- Interface with internal sponsor or external customer to learn, understand and access business requirements and transform them to technical requirements of the solutions
- Delivery of high quality technical services to our sponsor / customer
- Working with team manager and in conjunction with our development team in Nanjing to develop solutions
- Collaborate with the larger China Light house team and the Management Consulting practice in Hong Kong on best practices and knowledge sharing

2. Solution Development

- Undertaking development tasks assigned by team manager
- Development of NLP models for solutions under different industries on our AI platform
- Assist in visualization and other programming tasks
- Involve in development lifecycle, debugging and enhancement of the solutions

3. Business Development

- Engage in presales activities for well-developed solutions
- Perform Proof of Concept trail to prove and articulate the value of solutions to customers
- Assist in preparation of response to RFP/RFI to customers

As part of this team, you will be providing specialised consulting services in Data Driven solutions to clients across different industries

The individual will have:

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, and Engineering
- NLP specific coding experience
- Python experience and its relevant libraries like NumPy, SciPy, Pandas, etc
- Visualization experience in JS / HTML / CSS
- Great communications skill to work with business stakeholders on analytics, project management, and advisory
- Ability to work at pace whilst delivering pragmatic and high quality outcomes
- Good English language skills; Mandarin skills preferred but not required
