Responsibilities:

• Prepare the full set of accounting including G/L functions, closing, budgeting
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements and financial management reports
• Arrange payment and expense claim
• Cash flow management
• Monitor and maintain daily accounting operation
• Liaise with auditor, bankers and regulatory bodies
• Handle administrative tasks
• Responsible for personnel management
• Handle ad-hoc projects and reporting as required

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Accounting
• At least 6 years solid working experience in handling full set accounting
• Good command in spoken & written English, Mandarin & Chinese
• Experience with ERP system and Xero
• Well-organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented
• Independent and have sense of responsibility
• Computer applications: MS Word, Excel & Chinese word processing
• Immediate available is highly preferred
