Responsibilities:

• To perform and complete the assignments related to the debts collection
• Fieldwork is required to deal with the customers in respect of their accounts
• To follow up and collect the payment from the customers
• To handle the queries and maintain the good relationships with the customers

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Proactive, hardworking and good communication skills
• Attention to the details, responsible and work independently

 職責:

• 執行及完成指派的收取帳目工作
• 需外勤處理與客戶有關賬目的核對工作
• 跟進及收取客戶付賬
• 處理客戶查詢並維持良好關係

入職要求:

• 中五或以上程度
• 1 年以上客戶服務經驗
• 積極主動、勤奮及有良好溝通技巧
• 仔細、有責任心及能獨立處理工作
