Responsibilities:

• Assist in handling AP, AR, date entry, petty cash, reconciliation of intergroup current accounts and clerical duties for the company;
• Assist in Month-End Closing and Year-End Audit
• Need to meet reporting deadline;
• Occasional outdoor work is required;
• Other ad hoc assignments as required by management.
• Liaise with the finance team of our PRC group companies relating to the above accounting activities
  
  

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above with Intermediate stage of the ACCA/HKSA
• With 2-3 years’ of relevant experience in commercial environment
• Ability to deal with all levels of employees effectively with a pleasant attitude
• Responsible, self- motivated and well organized
• Effective communication skills in English and Putonghua are essential
• Knowledge of MYOB Accounting system will be of definite advantage
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially in Excel, is a MUST
• Available immediately will be of definite advantage
