Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Handle accounting transactions and related daily duties
  • Support in office administrative affairs
  • Handle daily banking issues
  • Draft business letters in Chinese and English
  • Handle routine general office works
  • Other routine works as delegated by Department Manager

Requirements

  • Associate Degree/Degree holder in Business with LCCI Higher Level is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
  • Hard working with polite attitude. A good sense of responsibility and self-motivation and able to work independently
  • Capable of communicating in Mandarin & English
