Chief Financial Officer (5 days work)

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting / Finance or equivalent, HKICPA student member / ACCA finalist or equivalent is preferred but not a must
• Over 5 years working experience is preferred
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin is preferred)
• Good command of MS Excel and MS Word and Chinese processing
• Willing to work under pressure
• Pleasant personality, able to work at own initiative and independently
• High sense of responsibility, well-organized

Responsibilities:

• Handling full set of accounts & Month-end closings, inter-company reconciliation and reporting; and
• Preparing group consolidation; and
• Liaising with the subsidiaries in HK and PRC; and
• Liaising with auditors in annual audit; and
• Assist in ad hoc assignments
• Occasional trips to PRC is required
