Responsibilities:

• Responsible for handling daily accounting matters, month-end closing activities & general full set of accounts
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Co-ordinate interim, annual audit and tax filing
• Implement control and financial process in alignment with corporate policies and procedures (including overseas data-entry team)
• Handle ad hoc assignment if required

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting or related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Independent, good interpersonal skills and able to meet tight deadline
• Proficient in in using MS Word, Excel with knowledge in Oracle system preferred
• Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
