If you are an accounting, finance and technology person with experience with Netsuite or similar software and love building systems and preparing high level reports with software such as Tableau we really need you.

Overview 

An exciting and challenging position exists as a Financial Controller for DFO with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable along with building processes and systems for this areas to be applied globally. We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and software and building scalable and responsible accounting systems and reports using Netsuite and Tableau.   

Key Responsibilities  

• Be responsible for receivables and payables and systems around
• Use Netsuite and Tableau to build robust reports
• Ensure all matters meet audit requirements
• Checking data integrity
• Work to provide cash flow forecasts
• Assist with the monthly financial close, financial reporting, and preparation of financial statements (internal and external) by gathering and analyzing information from NetSuite
• Help to Develop sales quotas and targets
• Monthly bank reconciliations 

Qualifications -

• Years of experience with accounting, finance, receivables and payables
• Experience with NetSuite and Tableau is an asset
• High level ability to learn new software
• Strong technical accounting, bookkeeping and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• High level of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism
