Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities
- Development of new flower product;
- Responsible for the quality control of all flower arrangements;
- Constantly go to each shop for quality checking;
- Training of staff in respect of flower arrangement skill and assure they are in company standard;
- Preparation of new product for photo shooting of each festival;
- Responsible for the flower jamming/ flower lesson including teaching the class;
- Prepare proposal/ sample for corporate customer request;
- Assist the wedding decoration team in proposing new idea and flower sample making;
- Assist the planning and implantation of special event.
Requirements
- 5 years’ relevant experience in Florist Industry, in which 2 years in managerial level;
- Professional training on flower arrangement, preferably with instructor qualification;
- Experience in Wedding Decorations is an advantage;
- Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
- Independent, responsible and detailed oriented;
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
