Job Description
Responsibilities
- Perform general accounting duties and handle full set of accounts, book-keeping, data input and filing
- Handle daily payment and receipt transactions
- Compile monthly reports and schedules
- Prepare bank reconciliations and reports
- Undertake any other duties / special assignments as required
Requirement
- Degree holder or above
- Possess at least 2 years’ of relevant accounting experience, preferably in a financial services operating company, in accounting with sound technical knowledge of accounting principles in operating company
- Hands-on experience in accounting software. Experience in Flex Account is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Access and Chinese Word processing
- Meticulous, hardworking responsible and able to work under tight schedule
- Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Associate
