Job Reponsibilities:

• Lead a small team to monitor compliance of market datalicensees by actively following market data business development, keeping trackof regulatory changes, planning and implementing annual inspection programme.
• Communicateaudit findings, special incidents, market insights in status and review meetings;Write up audit reports and summary of resolution for management.
• Strategically tackle and resolve unauthorized use anddissemination of HKEX market data by licensees or non-licensees.
• Take an active role in advancing current market datapolicies and guidelines, assessing potential risk areas and improving controlmechanism.
• Drivestandardization and automation of reporting, billing, payment andreconciliation process to mitigate risk and optimize efficiency.
• Assist the section head in planning and preparation ofmanagement report, revenue analysis and department budget.
• Handlead hoc assignments and cross-section duties as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Qualified accountant or university graduate inrelevant disciplines with at least 8 years of working experience in accounting,corporate finance, investment banking or a related field, of which at least 2 years at management/supervisory level.
• Significant knowledge and understanding of the financialmarket, experience in market data business preferred.
• Strong analytical skills to process and interpret largedata set using MS Excel, MS Access and other similar applications, experiencein project management such as RPA.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese(Cantonese and Putonghua), strong communication and presentation skills.
• Independent and detail-oriented with conceptualthinking are crucial.
