Our client is an Asian based financial group long and well established in Hong Kong.  Currently she is looking for a high caliber candidate for the following position:

Finance – SVP/ Director

Responsibilities:

• Act as MIC and manage the operation functions of the Finance Department
• Monitor internal control of the department
• Review monthly management account, consolidation and financial reporting
• Review daily liquid capital computation, cash flow, margin loan position of all licensed corporations of the group
• Handle BSC reporting and annual budget for HK office of the group
• Liaise with external auditors and tax planning, bankers and regulatory authorities
• Regularly update accounting standard and regulatory requirement on financial aspects
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the Management

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree Holder in Finance, Accounting or equivalent discipline
• Qualified accountant (CPA) is highly preferable
• At least 5 to 8 years related working experience in securities brokerage/ corporate finance/ asset management firms, including 3 years in management level
• Independent, responsible and well organized with good team spirit
• Able to work under pressure
• Good command in spoken and written in English and Cantonese
