To cope with our business developing its business to meet new clients needs, we are looking for professionals to join our F&B or Construction team. This role is to perform full spectrum of Accounting duties for our Group to ensure quality and timely service delivery. Finance is playing an expanded and increasingly proactive role. The above vacancy arises in the accounting services team.

Job responsibilities:

• Perform full set of accounting work independently and keep all records up-to-date;
• To provide information and assistance for compilation of monthly flash reports;
• Close liaison with business units and other departments on monthly expenses, budget, forecast and cost control;
• Prepare management reports, schedules, reconciliation & perform financial analysis;
• Assist to prepare payroll & MPF etc;  
• Handle Ad hoc assignment as required

Job requirements:

• Form 7 graduate or above with LCCI Level 2 or 3;
• At least 3 years of clerical work experience in Accounting;
• Experience in F&B, Interior Design Company or Construction Company Company is advantage;
• Detail mind, independent and strong sense of responsibility;
• Good PC knowledge in MS Word, Excel;
• Excellent communications skills, self-initiative, independent and able to work multi- task;
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Accounts position
