Job Description

• Reporting to top management
• Preparing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
• Arranging travel, visa and accommodation and travelling with top management if needed
• Translating English to Chinese, take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post, often corresponding on behalf of the top management
• Screening phone calls, inquiries and requests and managing meeting schedule
• Organizing and maintaining diaries, making appointments, attending meetings and drawing agenda and minutes
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• University graduate with major in Secretary, English, Translation or related disciplines
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Good command of written & spoken English and Putonghua
• Frequent travel will be required
• Candidates with more experiences would be considered as Executive Assistant
