Job Description

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Business or HR related disciplines
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in sizable multinational corporations
  • Solid experience in supporting human resources administration
  • Initiative, well-organized, cheerful with good communication skills
  • Proficient in using MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good communication of both spoken and written English
  • Immediate available would be an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Provide all-rounded support on daily HR operation and administration functions
  • Assist in recruitment activities such as interview coordination and onboard logistics
  • Handle C&B administration, enrollment and termination of MPF & medical insurance
  • Maintain up-to-date HR information in HRIS system and prepare regular reports
  • Participate in organizing employee activities, leave management and ad hoc duties
