Job Description
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Mainly responsible for Office Administrative duties
- Performing ad hoc projects and assignment when required;
- Mainland China trip is required.
Requirements:
- Non-degree holder or equivalent, preferably in Administration or Business related disciplines
- At least 7 years working experiences inAdministration and Export Trade
- Proficient in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and Chinese word-processing
- Knowledgeable in ERP System
- Well versed in HK & China labour ordinance and practice
- Detail-oriented, proactive and able to work independently
- A team player with a positive attitude, excellent interpersonal & communication skill;
- Experience in toys / Gifts manufacturing is a plus
