Responsibilities:

• Enhance effectiveness of rehabilitation program and case management and proactively provide high standard and timely case management services for work injury cases for the Group
• Communicate and liaise with injured employees, internal and external parties including but not limited to HR business partners, representatives of business units, Government Departments, doctors, medical/ rehabilitation services partners and insurers to achieve effective case management
• Assist in improving quality and efficiency of work, including workflow, claims system, and claims reports for internal and external use
• Conduct regular meetings, prepare case management analysis and present to stakeholders and provide professional solution to enhance case management and cooperation
• Coordinate medical examination arrangements
• Provide ECO training to operations supervisors
• Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Tertiary qualification in health or para-medical area, e.g. physiotherapy, nursing, occupational therapy
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience
• Good knowledge of injury management, recovery processes, the Employees’ Compensation Ordinance and employee’s compensation case handling
• Proactive, self-initiative and well-organized
• Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong analytical mind
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese
