Responsibilities: 

• Involve in the QlikView system management includes dashboard building, system enhancement and maintenance
• Prepare Human Resources analytical reports to support the management decisions
• Manage the documentation of data structure to ensure the data accuracy 
• Well communicate between vendors, key users and team members
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
  

Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Statistics, Quantitative Analysis or Human Resources Management
• 2 years’ experience in using QlikView
• Good command in written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Strong problem solving, analytical, critical thinking and detailed mind
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
