Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Based on company’s business strategy and work out manpower planning
- Responsible for recruiting high-end talent, support end-to-end recruitment process
- Develop, identify and manage effective sourcing strategies, such as recruiting media
- Build and maintain relationship with new/existing recruitment consultants
- Build and promote company’s branding
- Formulate and implement training and development strategy for the Company to achieve business plan
- Ensure staff has necessary skill to meet the objectives and give the opportunities to develop their potentials
- Involve in organization management & development to deliver successful organization change and performance
- Frequent travel to PRC is required
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements:
- Degree or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
- Minimum 6 years' related experiences with exposure in PRC market
- Solid experience in recruiting high-end talent and familiar in using assessment software / methodology is must
- Experiences worked in recruitment / training consultant companies or HR assessment tools / methodology suppliers is must
- Experience in relation to property field or in property development companies is preferred
- Self-driven with excellent communication and inter-personal skill
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua (a MUST) and Cantonese
- Proficiency in MS Office application & Chinese word processing is a MUST
