Responsibilities

• Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll, benefits, medical, leave management, employee relation in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records in the HRIS
• Prepare various HR reports
• Participate in ad hoc HR projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 2 years experience in C&B, ideally gained from retail industry
• Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, detail-minded, PC and database management skills
• High familiarity with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legal regulations
• Well-versed in MS Office application and knowledge in PeopleSoft is highly preferred
• Able to work under pressure and complete multi-tasking effectively in a timely manner
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• Candidate with less than 2 years experience will also be considered as Assistant Human Resources Officer
