Job Responsibilities: 

• Identify training needs, design and delivery in-house training programs for various level of staff;
• Conduct training needs analysis in alignment with business development, strategies and government rules & regulations;
• Prepare annual training and development plan and ensure to meet the training targets & schedule;
• Monitor the training effectiveness, control the training budget and prepare the relevant reports to management board;
• Search & coordinate with external service vendors in the areas of course structure, program content and delivery approach to address specific development needs of the target staff;
• Coordinate overall training logistic arrangements, prepare training materials, training handouts with clear training objectives, SOPs and visual materials (i.e. Powerpoint slides, Video and etc.);
• Conduct employee relations programs and staff activities;
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Training & Development, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
• At least 2 years’ relevant experience in Training & Development, preferably in F&B industry;
• Mature, creative, self-motivated and able to work independent;
• Good in interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin;
• Good PC knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Chinese word processing;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
