Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Act as a bridge between our clients and candidates. Providing high level of customer service and matching high quality candidates to our clients.
- Sourcing new candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, headhunting, referrals and networking
- Conducting face to face interviews with candidates and telephone based interviews
- Managing the existing database by remaining close contact with candidates who may be looking to change jobs
- Creating company profiles in database for business development and headhunting purposes
- Presenting new candidates to the team
- Conducting specific headhunt assignments based on a particular job
- Actively pitch to potential clients about our recruitment services and maintaining close relationship with existing clients
Requirements:
- University Degree
- A people person ideally with 2-5 years experience in a Sales/IT/HR/CS/Recruitment environment
- Must enjoy working in a team and a fast paced environment
- An excellent communicator and negotiator
- Highly motivated with a "determined to succeed mindset"
- Fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin
