Responsibilities:

• Provide full-range human resources functions including recruitment, manpower planning, compensation and benefits and office administration.
• Implement and manage an effective payroll system.
• Formulate and execute solutions for all HR related matters
• Develop programs and HR initiatives to enhance HR effectiveness to align with overall business objective
• Plan and organize staff activities and company events
• Work closely with senior management and various business lines, provide practical advice to on the HR issues
• Perform ad hoc projects as assigned

 
Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• An integrity and reliable person, able to develop and maintain good relationship with all levels of staff
• Solid knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other statutory regulations related to employment
• Minimum 5 years of HR & Admin. experience in supervisory level, preferably in retail industry
• Well-organized, self-motivated and good communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
• Immediately available is highly preferred.
